Our client is a young and dynamic Swiss company, holder of exclusive licenses for international dermo-cosmetic brands (BIODERMA, LA ROSEE, INSTITUT ESTHEDERM, LABORATOIRE LES 3 CHÊNES, LABORATOIRE GRAVIER, etc.). Its ambition is to distribute its leading brands in pharmacies in the 26 Swiss cantons. The constant growth of this start-up is based on the continued expansion of its brand portfolio and its presence in all 1,800 pharmacies in Switzerland.

Context

Already well established in French-speaking Switzerland, our client is seeking to expand rapidly in German-speaking Switzerland. In this context, we are actively looking for a MULTI-BRAND sales representative / Pharma referent, highly motivated.
 
Under the responsibility of the Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing our client's multi-brand portfolio in German-speaking Switzerland. More than a business developer, you will be the advisor to your customers, representing all of our dermo-cosmetic ranges and products.

 
Your missions 

Þ    prospecting and creating new customers, establishing lasting relationships with pharmacies, 
Þ    presenting offers and new products, optimizing visibility at points of sale, 
Þ    training teams, 
Þ    running points sales, 
Þ    monitoring of merchandising and promotions. 

The products are highly recognized worldwide. And yet everything has to be done on your future territory...the stakes are fascinating. The objective is to ensure at least x2 growth each year - and quickly your position can evolve.

Skills required

A graduate of a business school, you are autonomous, organized and have a collaborative team spirit. Knowledge of the cosmetic or pharmaceutical sector is a plus.
Position based in SWITZERLAND: you must live near Basel, Zurich or Bern, or on the French border.

Package
- Salary: 64,000 Swiss francs + 25% variable (i.e. up to 80 Swiss francs)
- 5 weeks of leave
- Company vehicle with fuel card
- Mobile phone and tablet.
