Bright furnished room in a quiet 2-person flat – close to sea & transport

I'm renting out a furnished room in a cozy apartment shared by only two people in total, located in a great area:

- 12 minutes' walk to the train station
- 6 minutes' walk from the promenade
- 5 minutes' walk to the supermarket
- 2 minutes' walk to the tram

The apartment is well laid out and comfortable, with a bright living room, separate kitchen, shower room, separate toilet, and two balconies, so there's plenty of light and space to enjoy.

A bit about me: I live in the other room and work from home on weekends. I'm sporty, clean, and tidy, and I enjoy a relaxed, respectful home environment. I'm happy to socialize when it comes naturally, but I also value privacy and quiet time. In my spare time I practice different sports and I'm mainly outdoor, however I also enjoy chill movie nights at home.

I'm looking for someone between 28 and 40 years old, clean and tidy, NON-SMOKER, and ideally interested in a medium- to long-term stay. This place would suit someone who wants a calm, well-kept home rather than a party flat.

Rent: €590/month
This includes €70 in charges (electricity, gas, internet, and home insurance).
