FAQ's....

How many people in the house? It's a three bedrooms apartment, usually rent to international and local students who are stopping by to completing part of their degree (Erasmus, international exchanges, internships). 

How far from the university campus? Two options get you to school, a 15 minutes walk throughout a lovely path along the race track stadium or even through it. If you get bit lazier one morning, go to the bus stop 50 meters away from the flat then take line 20 and get out 4 stops later (Fac de lettre or Audencia).
