It's 10 minutes directly from saint lazare station with line J with a frequency of a train (RER included in navigo pass) all 5 minutes .In Saint Lazare you Can take metro 3 / 9/ 12/ 13/14( which takes to orly airport directly) or RER A/J /L/E or many buses (one of them takes to CDG airport directly). Last RER from Saint Lazare is AT 1 Am (like metro) After that there are night buses.
The appartement is 7 minutes walking from ́Argenteuil ́ station near the commercial center in which you can find carrefour and all local necessary commerce. The commerce still open until 2 AM.
The neighberhood is very calm and safe, there are many cameras in the building. No party is allowed and no noise After 10 pm.There are secured parking for bicycles.
